Weekly Exercise: Do What You Love

Exercise: Make some time to do whatever it is that you love, that makes you feel happy, that is creative, or that uplifts you in any way. Doing so is actually a form of meditation because you are completely focused and in the Present and honoring your Higher Self through an act of self-love. Allow thoughts and emotions during this time, but try to observe them instead of dwelling on them. Notice how you feel afterward, particularly from a physical and emotional standpoint.
