Seeing Signs

I don't know about you, but I am seeing my personal signs from my spiritual team (random coins and feathers, rainbows, and more recently 11:11) EVERYWHERE and often multiple times a day.
My team (who I lovingly refer to as "the peeps") has this to share about it:
"More energies are rushing in to provide physical and emotional support as Earth ascends into a higher frequency/vibration of existence. As Earth ascends, so does all she supports. Your physical bodies, as a result, are becoming less dense, so these energies have been working with your physical form from a molecular level. Many of you have been experiencing what you refer to as ascension symptoms as your physical bodies undergo this change. This will continue off and on for the coming years, but will become less and less intense for many of you. These energies have also been assisting in helping you to release emotions and energies stored within that are heavy in nature, as they do not align with the higher frequency Earth is rising to and can cause resistance to your own ascension.
Know that this is a process, so the many signs that you have and will continue to see are our way of reassuring you that we are with you all during this transitional and transformative period of Earth which we know has caused much fear, sadness, and uncertainty. Know that there are hosts of Spiritual, Angelic, Mystical, and Galactic beings providing guidance and assistance now and that this will continue. Remember, with any great change, what is no longer needed must be released in order to make way for the new, and we cannot express how important it is at this time for you to hold and project love in all you do. This is the light that you as lightworkers, who agreed to come to Earth during this time, share with the world to assist in the ascension of All.
Look for the signs, your personal signs from us and from Spirit, of continual reassurance that we are with you, we are helping, and that we are surrounding you all in eternal light and love."
